Deputies say a man in Ontario is facing charges after neighbors saw him standing naked in his front driveway earlier this month.
According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, 49-year-old Andreas J. Vagianos was arrested on August 19 after an incident that took place on August 8 on Ontario Center Road.
A passerby called 911 around 4:50 p.m. after spotting Vagianos allegedly exposing himself toward the public roadway. Deputies later charged him with:
- Public lewdness in the first degree
- Harassment in the second degree
Vagianos was released on an appearance ticket. He’s scheduled to answer the charges in Ontario Town Court at a later date.
