A Rochester man faces multiple charges following theft investigations at a retail store in Victor.
Dennis R. Jemison, 40, was arrested March 21 on a bench warrant issued by Victor Town Court for failure to appear.
Deputies also charged Jemison with fourth-degree grand larceny after an investigation into a March 9 theft at Ulta Beauty, where authorities said $1,148 in merchandise was stolen.
He was additionally charged March 23 with petit larceny in connection with a March 15 incident involving the theft of $577 in perfume products from the same store.
Jemison is being held at the Ontario County Jail on bail and is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date.
