Push to block parole for child’s killer

A man who hit and killed a 13-year-old on New Year’s Day 2023 may get out of prison early — and Broome County officials are fighting to stop it, according to WIVT.

Bradley Law fled the scene after fatally striking Brennan Loveless, later staging a fake deer accident to hide damage. After a plea deal, Law was arrested twice more, prompting a judge to extend his sentence to up to 8 years.

With his parole hearing weeks away, local leaders and the victim’s family are urging the public to write the board and demand he serve the full term.
