Police have identified a person and vehicle of interest in connection with a shooting on Lower Seneca Street early Friday morning.
Investigators say the suspect, a Hispanic man in his late 20s to early 30s, was last seen entering a white 2010–2013 Cadillac CTS sedan with a sunroof. The vehicle was spotted leaving the area westbound on Routes 5 and 20 after the shooting.
The suspect is described as 5-foot-4 to 5-foot-6, with a medium build, thick black beard, white T-shirt, black shorts, and a sling bag. He was seen fleeing east toward Seneca Apartments before entering the vehicle near the Franklin Street parking lot.
