A Waterloo man faces a criminal mischief charge after police say he damaged his neighbor’s vehicle during a late-night incident.
The Waterloo Police Department says Robert Latino, 61, was arrested on July 31 around 9:14 p.m. for Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree. Investigators allege Latino threw an object out of his window, striking and breaking a window on his neighbor’s vehicle.
Police say Latino was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in the Town of Waterloo Court at a later date.
