A 27-year-old Lyons man was arrested following a domestic incident at his home on State Route 14, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies took Zachary Sebring into custody on July 30 after investigating a report of a domestic disturbance. Authorities say Sebring engaged in a verbal argument before intentionally breaking a keychain and a picture frame mounted on a wall.
The incident was investigated by Deputy N. Wagner. Sebring was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, processed at the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, and transported to the county jail for CAP Court proceedings.
He is scheduled to appear in Lyons Town Court at a later date to respond to the charge.
