One hospitalized after crash at Route 96 and Kendall Street

An 83-year-old Geneva man was involved in a two-vehicle crash Wednesday afternoon that sent one person to the hospital with minor injuries, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies responded to the intersection of State Route 96 and Kendall Street in Clifton Springs at 12:13 p.m. on July 30. Investigators say Maurice Gaglianese was traveling eastbound on Route 96 when he attempted to turn south onto Kendall Street and failed to yield to a westbound vehicle driven by Jacob Wall, 36, of Bancroft, Ontario.
