A man is facing multiple charges after allegedly discharging a gun inside a Corning home, according to WENY.
Police say Andrew Machuga, 30, fled the scene after firing a sawed-off shotgun inside a Griffith Street residence on July 24. Days later, on July 28, he was found back at the same home with another firearm and arrested. Officers say he’s being held without bail and could face additional charges.
Machuga, a two-time convicted felon barred from possessing firearms in New York, had also been arrested in May for allegedly choking and robbing a woman. Police say the investigation is ongoing.
