A Seneca Falls man was arrested Monday morning following an investigation into an alleged assault involving children present.
Jordan Cain, 44, was taken into custody by the Seneca Falls Police Department on July 21 at 10:58 a.m. He faces one count of third-degree assault and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, all class A misdemeanors.
Police transported Cain to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where he awaited arraignment. No further details about the incident have been released.
