United Way of Seneca County moves to larger office at Finger Lakes Outlets

United Way of Seneca County has relocated its main office to a larger space at the Finger Lakes Premium Outlets in Waterloo, aiming to boost community access and expand program delivery.

The new office, located in Suite #34 near the outlet’s food court on Route 318, offers improved visibility and room for the nonprofit’s staff, coalitions, and outreach initiatives.

“We outgrew our last space,” said Rhonda Jasper, Executive Director of United Way of Seneca County. “Our new location not only provides room for us to better continue the work we do, but even room to grow. It also improves accessibility and visibility to the community.”

To mark the move, a ribbon-cutting and informational event will be held in mid-September. Visitors will be invited to tour the new office, meet staff and volunteers, and learn more about United Way’s role in the region. Specific event details will be shared in the coming weeks.

The organization is also expanding its presence in southern Seneca County by launching satellite office hours at the Edith B. Ford Memorial Library in Ovid. These hours will typically run most Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., though timing may vary depending on other outreach activities.

Founded in 1958, United Way of Seneca County directs all donations to local efforts and works to ensure that residents’ voices are heard in broader regional conversations. In addition to managing the Seneca County Substance Abuse Coalition and the Seneca County Suicide Prevention Coalition, UWSC operates the RiSE Youth Coalition and supports 16 other community agencies.

For updates on outreach hours and events, residents are encouraged to follow United Way of Seneca County on Facebook.
