A man was arrested for DWI in Ogden after police found him pushing a wrecked Honda with deployed airbags down the road, according to RochesterFirst.com.
Officers spotted the car on Brockport-Spencerport Road around 8 p.m. Saturday. A field sobriety test revealed a blood alcohol content of .29%—four times the legal limit. Authorities say the vehicle had previously crashed into a tree, though no one was injured.
The man, whose name hasn’t been released, was issued an appearance ticket following his arrest.
