An Oswego woman was arrested last week after deputies say she was found driving while intoxicated and without a valid license in the Town of Cato.
According to the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office, Alison L. Davis, 35, was pulled over on State Route 34 near Hunter Road at 8:13 p.m. on June 26. A deputy determined she was intoxicated, and Davis later submitted a breath sample registering a blood alcohol content of .18%—more than twice the legal limit.
Davis was charged with aggravated DWI, driving while intoxicated, and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony. She also faces violations for speeding, operating an unregistered vehicle, and consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle.
Following her arrest, Davis was transported to the Public Safety Building and held for arraignment in CAP court on June 27 at 7:00 a.m.
