A teenager is facing charges in connection with a violent altercation that left one person injured and a vehicle damaged in Penn Yan.
Penn Yan Police arrested the juvenile delinquent on charges of criminal mischief and assault in the third degree. According to police, the teen allegedly punched another individual in the face and then threw an object that shattered a vehicle’s windshield.
The suspect was issued an appearance ticket to Yates County Probation. Authorities said the charges will be addressed in Family Court.
