Two Stanley women arrested after drug possession traffic stop in Victor

Two women from Stanley were arrested early Sunday morning after deputies say they were found in possession of crack cocaine during a traffic stop in Victor.

Amanda McQuay, 42, and Lynette Kornbau, 52, were both charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office. McQuay also faces a charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.


The arrests occurred around 1:31 a.m. on June 9 on State Route 96. Following the stop, both individuals were taken into custody and transported to the Ontario County Jail pending arraignment.
