State Police have arrested a Philadelphia, NY man in connection with the theft of an ATV reported last month in Harrisville.
Ryan H. Kitts, 42, was charged with third-degree grand larceny, a Class D felony, following an investigation by the SP Lowville Bureau of Criminal Investigation. The arrest was made on June 1.
The 2016 Honda Rancher was reported stolen from State Street in Harrisville on May 15 at around 11:30 a.m. Kitts was remanded to the Lewis County Jail on $3,000 cash bail and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Diana Court at a later date.
