A man wanted on a bench warrant was taken into custody Thursday evening after a police stop on Main Street in Penn Yan.
Troy M. Struble, 49, of Dansville, was arrested around 6:28 p.m. on June 5 after Yates County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to assist the Penn Yan Police Department with a complaint.
While speaking with individuals at the scene, deputies discovered Struble had an active bench warrant issued by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office.
Struble was arrested and later turned over to deputies from Livingston County.
