Andrea Pagano is still reeling from the December bar shooting that shattered her right arm, according to WHAM. Struck by a bullet outside Bubby’s Tavern, the Canandaigua woman has undergone two surgeries and may need another to repair nerve damage.
The alleged gunman, Leon McDaniel of Brighton, was removed from the bar before returning to fire into a crowd. A convicted felon, McDaniel now faces multiple charges and awaits trial this October. Federal agents helped arrest him hours after the shooting.
Pagano, unable to work and overwhelmed by medical bills, says her daily life is filled with pain and financial strain. A GoFundMe is raising funds to help her recover both physically and economically.
