A Bronx man was taken into custody Thursday afternoon in Seneca Falls after failing to appear in court for prior charges.
Police arrested Jeremy O. Grant, 39, at 3:43 PM on May 22. He was wanted on a bench warrant tied to an earlier arrest from May 2020, when he was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, menacing in the third degree, unlawful imprisonment in the second degree, and harassment in the second degree.
According to the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department, Grant missed his scheduled court appearance, prompting the court to issue a warrant for his arrest.
Officers processed him at the Seneca Falls Police Department before transporting him to the Seneca County Correctional Facility. He is awaiting arraignment.
