The Geneva Police Department arrested 14 individuals between May 10 and May 16 in connection with a series of criminal offenses ranging from drug possession and domestic violence to robbery and child endangerment.

Among the most serious cases was the arrest of Dominique D. Huddleston, 34, of Geneva, who was taken into custody after a domestic incident. Huddleston faces multiple felony charges, including second-degree assault, criminal possession of a weapon, and unlawful imprisonment. Officers also confirmed an active warrant related to another domestic case.

On the same day, Alexander X. Schneeberger, 32, was arrested on Seneca Street and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after allegedly being found with crack cocaine.

Other arrests included:

In another domestic case, Bronc O. Petrie, 20, of Waterloo, was charged with third-degree assault and a felony count of aggravated family offense due to a prior domestic violence conviction.

Police also arrested Lester V. Rivera, 38, after a domestic incident in which he allegedly used force to steal property and obstructed officers during booking. He was charged with third-degree robbery, criminal mischief, and obstructing governmental administration.

  • Makenna L. Rowe-Alvaro, 24, charged with traffic violations and operating with a suspended license.
  • Carlos M. Pagan-Fontanez, 41, arrested on an outstanding warrant for second-degree criminal contempt.
  • Shakiah T. Walker, 25, of Rochester, taken into custody on eight bench warrants from the Geneva Criminal Court.
  • David Vazquez-Monfil, 31, charged with felony DWI and multiple driving violations, including resisting arrest, after being stopped in an uninspected vehicle while allegedly intoxicated.
  • Charmaine C. Heidelburg, 26, arrested for second-degree burglary, weapon possession, menacing, and child endangerment. Police say she entered a home with a knife intending to cause harm in the presence of a child. The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the arrest.

All arrests stemmed from ongoing investigations, crime-in-progress responses, or active warrants and were handled by Geneva officers with support from other agencies when needed.
