Deputies arrested a woman in the Village of Sodus after a domestic incident allegedly turned physical near a minor.
Gina Ortiz, 42, faces charges of second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child under 17, according to a statement released by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to the scene on West Main Street on May 12 at approximately 7:23 p.m. The investigation determined Ortiz was allegedly involved in a physical altercation in close proximity to a child.
She is scheduled to appear for a CAP arraignment at the Wayne County Jail on May 13 at 7:00 a.m.
The arrest was handled by Deputy L. Wood and Deputy N. Wagner of the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
