Rice’s grand slam in the fifth sealed the deal, and Goldschmidt added another RBI double in the seventh to pad the lead. Goldschmidt finished 3-for-5 with two RBI, while DomÃnguez and Volpe each had two hits.
On the mound, Ryan Yarbrough gave the Yankees five strong innings, allowing just two runs on six hits to earn the win. Yerry De Los Santos followed with three scoreless frames before Tyler Matzek closed it out in the ninth.
