Ontario County Economic Development will host an informational meeting Monday to discuss opportunities available through its Vacant Rental Program.
The event will be held at the Phelps Community Center, 8 Banta Street, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. No pre-registration is required. The program offers grant funding to support repairs and rehabilitation of vacant rental units and other vacant spaces.
Eligible applicants include property owners, individuals, LLCs, nonprofits, and public entities. Tenants and current residents are not eligible to apply. The program is funded by the State of New York and administered by the Housing Trust Fund Corporation’s Office of Community Renewal.
G&G Municipal Consulting and Grant Writing, along with CA VD Group, are assisting with the program.
