Waterloo Police Arrest Man on Robbery, Bail Jumping Charges

A Lyons man was taken into custody Friday night after failing to appear in court on a series of charges, according to the Waterloo Police Department.

Officers arrested 32-year-old Charlie W. Clemmons at approximately 10:23 p.m. on April 19 on a bench warrant. The warrant was issued after Clemmons failed to appear for previous charges of Robbery in the Third Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Harassment in the Second Degree.

In addition to the original charges, Clemmons now faces a new charge of Bail Jumping in the Second Degree. Following his arrest, police transported him to the Seneca County Correctional Facility for arraignment.
