The E-ZPass and Tolls by Mail websites will be offline from April 9 to 14 for major upgrades. The update will merge both platforms into one user-friendly site with new features like live chat and mobile payment options.
During the outage, customers won’t be able to access accounts or make payments via the website, app, or customer service lines. The revamped site will launch at e-zpassny.com and include enhanced tools, updated toll bill formats, and a single service number: (800) 333-8655.
To avoid delays, users are urged to update accounts early. Late fees and collections will pause during the transition, and due dates for toll payments will be extended.
