The proposed 48,000-square-foot building would centralize 13 county departments, aiming to improve services and working conditions. With just $9 million currently secured, leaders are seeking grants and community feedback through public meetings and online surveys.

The project is still in its design phase, with construction expected to begin in late 2027 and wrap by 2029. One final town hall is scheduled for June 24 to gather more community input.
