A Canandaigua woman is facing criminal charges following a domestic dispute that unfolded early Monday morning at a Creekview Drive apartment.
Deputies arrested 35-year-old Tiffany Snyder at 3:24 a.m. at 3004 Creekview Drive, Apt. 137. Authorities say the arrest stems from an investigation into a domestic incident at the residence she shares with the victim.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, Snyder struck the victim in the face while children were present. Deputies charged her with Assault in the 3rd Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Snyder was taken to the Ontario County Jail, where she awaits arraignment. She is scheduled to appear in Canandaigua Town Court at a later date to answer to the charges.
