A Dundee woman is facing serious charges after a domestic incident in Barrington left one person injured and damaged property.
Authorities arrested 36-year-old Andrea M. Bailey on March 21, following a warrant issued by the Town of Barrington Court. The charges stem from a physical altercation that occurred around 4 a.m. the previous day.
According to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office, Bailey violated an order of protection during the incident. She reportedly injured the protected individual and damaged his phone to prevent him from contacting law enforcement.
Bailey was charged with burglary dwelling causing injury, aggravated family offense, criminal contempt in the first degree, criminal mischief with intent to damage property, fourth-degree criminal mischief, and third-degree assault.
Following her arrest, Bailey was transported to Yates County Court to await arraignment in CAP Court.
