A Seneca County woman has been arrested in connection with a burglary where authorities say she and another suspect stole a large television from a residence.
Seneca County Sheriff Tim Thompson reported that deputies arrested Rosemary F. Delgado Guererri, 48, of Tyre, on March 18 at 5:28 p.m. following an investigation into the alleged crime.
According to law enforcement, Delgado Guererri conspired with another individual to unlawfully enter a home in the Town of Tyre and remove a 65-inch television. She now faces multiple charges, including burglary in the second degree, a class C felony; conspiracy in the fourth degree, a class E felony; and petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.
Following her arrest, Delgado Guererri was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where she was turned over to corrections staff to await arraignment in CAP Court. Authorities have not released information about the second suspect involved in the case.
