A Geneva woman was taken into custody on Tuesday after failing to appear in court for a prior petit larceny charge, according to the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department.
Teona D. Martin, 38, was arrested on a bench warrant and additionally charged with bail jumping in the third degree, a Class A misdemeanor. The charges stem from her previous arrest related to an alleged theft.
Authorities processed Martin before transporting her to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where she awaits arraignment.
