Inmate at Seneca County Jail arrested for possessing meth and fentanyl

A Waterloo man already incarcerated at the Seneca County Correctional Facility is facing new charges after allegedly being found with illegal drugs inside the jail, according to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.

Kyle A. Davis, 32, was arrested on March 14 at approximately 3:30 p.m. on two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of first-degree promoting prison contraband. Authorities say Davis was found with methamphetamine and fentanyl while in custody at the facility.

Davis was scheduled for arraignment at Centralized Arraignment Court and will appear at a later date in the Town of Romulus. The investigation remains ongoing.
