A Sodus Point man faces multiple felony charges following a hit-and-run accident in Ontario, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reported.
Deputies arrested Mark Wilson, 52, of South Fitzhugh Street, after he allegedly struck another vehicle in the Walgreens parking lot and fled the scene. Authorities later located Wilson and his vehicle in Sodus, where he was taken into custody.
Wilson was charged with felony Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the first degree. According to deputies, Wilson refused to submit to a breath test to determine his blood alcohol concentration after being transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Following his arrest, Wilson was taken to the Wayne County Jail, where he awaited central arraignment scheduled for February 25 at 7:00 a.m.
