A Waterloo man was arrested Thursday night after allegedly violating an order of protection and engaging in a domestic dispute, according to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies took Brandon Morehouse, 27, into custody at 7:39 p.m. on Feb. 21, charging him with harassment in the second degree, a violation, and first-degree criminal contempt, a class E felony. Authorities say Morehouse subjected the protected individual to unwanted physical contact, in violation of a court-issued order.
Following his arrest, Morehouse was turned over to the corrections division and is awaiting arraignment in CAP court.
