A Branchport man has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment following an investigation by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies arrested 58-year-old Judson R. Durham after responding to an incident that occurred on February 19 in the Town of Jerusalem. According to authorities, Durham allegedly exposed himself to a child under the age of 17 without any legitimate purpose.

Following the investigation, Durham turned himself in to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office on February 20, where he was processed and released with an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to answer the charges in court at a later date.
