Harbor Freight is expanding in Ontario County with a new store set to open this spring in Victor. Located at 20 Commerce Drive near Walmart, it will be the company’s third store in the county, joining locations in Canandaigua and Geneva.
Construction is underway using local workers, and the store is expected to create 25-30 jobs. Company officials say Victor has been a long-sought location due to its strong workforce and demand for affordable tools.
Harbor Freight operates over 1,550 stores nationwide and employs more than 29,000 people, including 950 in New York.
