A Waterloo woman was arrested following an incident related to a prior DWI investigation, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office announced over the weekend.

Kristin E. Adler, 38, of West Main Street, was taken into custody on active charges stemming from the earlier case. According to deputies, Adler allegedly urinated on the floor of the sheriff’s office deputies’ room during the course of the investigation.
