A Lyons man was arrested early Saturday morning after a traffic stop in the Town of Palmyra, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies stopped 29-year-old Anthony M. Patterson on Tellier Road at approximately 2:13 a.m. Patterson was reportedly traveling eastbound when he failed to stop at a stop sign. During the traffic stop, deputies determined that Patterson was intoxicated.
Authorities charged Patterson with driving while intoxicated, aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, failure to stop at a stop sign, and refusal to submit to a breath screening.
Patterson was held for Centralized Arraignment Processing and is scheduled to appear in Palmyra Town Court at a later date.
