Two Rochester women charged with grand larceny at Victor mall

Two Rochester women were arrested Thursday evening at Von Maur in the Eastview Mall after allegedly stealing merchandise valued at over $1,400.


Daniyah Simmons, 19, of N. Goodman Street, and Zyhonesty Parker, 18, of Randolph Street, were taken into custody by authorities at approximately 6:12 p.m. The pair reportedly passed all points of sale without paying for $1,432 worth of items.

Both Simmons and Parker have been charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree. They were issued appearance tickets and are scheduled to return to the Town of Victor Court at a later date to respond to the charges.
