A Canandaigua resident was arrested after a disturbance on West Avenue on January 9. Connor Mcnealus, 33, faces charges of aggravated driving while intoxicated and third-degree criminal mischief.
Authorities say Mcnealus was intoxicated and engaged in a physical altercation with another individual. After the altercation, he allegedly drove his vehicle into another car, pushing it into a garage door before fleeing the scene. He was located shortly afterward and taken into custody.
Following his arrest, Mcnealus was released to a third party with an appearance ticket for a future court date in the City of Canandaigua.
