Geneva woman arrested on warrants for larceny and bail jumping

A Geneva woman was arrested Monday evening after failing to appear in court for theft-related charges.

The Seneca Falls Police Department took 20-year-old Jahmya Spann into custody on February 3 at 7:21 p.m.

Spann was wanted on two bench warrants tied to her failure to appear in court on two counts of petit larceny. The arrest also resulted in two additional charges of third-degree bail jumping, a Class A misdemeanor.

Following her arrest, Spann was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where she awaits arraignment. No further details about the case were available at the time of reporting.
