A Wolcott man was arrested following an investigation into a suspicious incident on Pinewood Drive in the Village of Wolcott, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to a 911 call around 6:53 p.m. Thursday regarding the situation. Lelion R. Sullivan Jr., 54, was located at the scene but became irate and physically uncooperative with law enforcement during their investigation.
As a result, Sullivan was charged with Obstructing Governmental Administration in the Second Degree. He was issued an appearance ticket and transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for processing. Sullivan was later released and is scheduled to appear in Village of Wolcott Court at a later date.
