A Rochester man was taken into custody early Wednesday after Ontario County deputies arrested him on an active bench warrant for a family court violation.
Thomas Jorgensen, 37, was apprehended at 7500 Commons Blvd. in Victor around 1:19 a.m. on Jan. 29. The warrant had been issued by Ontario County Court.
Following his arrest, Jorgensen was transported to the Ontario County Jail, where he is being held pending his next court appearance.
