A Rochester woman has been arrested and charged after allegedly stealing merchandise from the Von Maur store at Eastview Mall, the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reported.
Deputies arrested Jasmyn Nicole Tolleson, 19, on January 23 around 7:35 p.m., charging her with petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree.
Authorities say Tolleson was caught stealing $98 worth of merchandise and was also found to have an additional $82 worth of stolen items from the store in her possession.
Tolleson was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to face the charges.
