Seneca Falls man arrested on multiple drug, driving charges

A Seneca Falls man was arrested Friday following a traffic stop that revealed drug possession and impaired driving, according to Seneca Falls police.

Robbie A. Seeley, 40, was taken into custody after officers determined he was operating a vehicle with a revoked non-driver ID. Further investigation at the scene uncovered that Seeley was in possession of narcotic drugs and operating the vehicle in an impaired condition.

Seeley faces several charges, including Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the seventh degree, a Class A misdemeanor, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Class B misdemeanor, Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, an E felony, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the first degree, also an E felony.

Authorities said Seeley was processed and released on an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
