Police: Waterloo man charged with burglary, imprisonment after anonymous tip leads to his location

A Waterloo man was arrested following a domestic incident investigation in Penn Yan.

Glen R. Peters, 43, was taken into custody by Seneca County Sheriff’s deputies after an anonymous tip led them to his residence.


Peters was wanted for allegedly breaking into a victim’s home on Nov. 26, attacking her, and obstructing her breathing.

Peters faces charges including second-degree burglary, two counts of criminal obstruction of breathing, unlawful imprisonment, and second-degree harassment.

He was transported to Yates County Jail to await arraignment​.
