A Penn Yan teen faces a harassment charge following an alleged altercation.
Roger F. Johnson, 19, was arrested on Jan. 5 after police investigated a complaint regarding unwanted physical contact involving a village resident on Dec. 30.
Johnson was served a criminal summons and is scheduled to appear in Penn Yan Village Court​.
