A Geneva man faces multiple charges following a domestic incident in Penn Yan.
Dajaun A. Sims, 30, was arrested on Dec. 26 after officers responded to a report of an unwanted guest.
Police allege Sims was involved in a physical domestic altercation, striking two victims multiple times. Sims was not present when officers arrived but returned during the investigation.
Sims was charged with third-degree assault and aggravated family offense. He was processed and transported to Yates County CAP for arraignment​.
