The Sodus Town Board has determined that the proposed expansion of Water District No. 12 will not cause significant environmental harm, issuing a negative declaration under the State Environmental Quality Review Act.
The project includes installing an additional 10,400 feet of water main along Buerman Road and potentially adding a new valve station on Route 88. This builds on the original plan for 31,000 feet of water main to improve water access in underserved areas.
