A 17-year-old was arrested last week following an investigation into an alleged assault earlier in the month, according to the Waterloo Police Department.
The juvenile, whose name is being withheld due to age, was charged with second-degree harassment in connection with an incident on December 5. Authorities allege the juvenile shoved another person to the ground and struck them in the face multiple times.
The juvenile was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Waterloo Court at a later date.
