Firefighters from the Aurelius Volunteer Fire Department responded to a two-car motor vehicle crash at the intersection of Clark Street Road and Eagle Drive on Monday morning at 9:56 a.m.
Upon arrival, crews from Rescue 2 found two vehicles involved in the collision. Fortunately, no injuries were reported, and Auburn Ambulance personnel handled refusals at the scene.
Firefighters assisted with traffic control and worked to clear debris from the roadway to ensure the safety of passing motorists. Officials also extended their gratitude to the Cayuga Fire Department Chiefs, who stopped to provide additional assistance during the response.
The cause of the crash was not immediately available, and authorities remind drivers to exercise caution at intersections, especially during busy morning hours.
