Friday night delivered an action-packed lineup of Wayne Finger-Lakes high school basketball, featuring 20 games, including several thrilling league matchups.
The Wayne boys stole the spotlight, improving to 5-0 for the second consecutive year with a win over Geneva, while the Waterloo boys edged Newark. On the girls’ side, Midlakes secured a narrow one-point victory at Mynderse in a low-scoring affair, and the Waterloo girls also held on for a one-point win against Newark.
